The data collected through the signup form (first name, last name, sex and, depending on your choice, the “marsupial” flag or your shoe size) is used exclusively to organise The Last Dance night at Lido delle Nazioni.

Legal basis: consent, given by ticking the box in the form. We store the date and time of the consent as proof, nothing more.

Retention: data is deleted within 30 days after the event.

Sharing: none. Data is never sold, transferred or used for marketing purposes.

Your rights: you can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the organisers.
